MY BACKGROUND

I spent five years working at MIX 94.5 as the Breakfast Producer of Botica's Bunch. Producing is a mix of jobs doing a myriad of different things but a few of the amazing skills I have been able to apply to being a Celebrant, including script writing for speech.

After five years in radio I moved on to work as the Digital Media Officer for the Fremantle Dockers which included player social media training, maintaining the website and all social media channels as well as photography and writing for the website. I even wrote the most viewed article the year that the team made it into the Grand Final. Going to that Grand Final was an amazing experience and sitting in the MCG Media Box alongside people I idolized was humbling. It was an experience I will never forget. If only they had won ;)

My next step was to start my own Social Media Management business which I LOVED! Until my BFF asked me to become a celebrant to perform her ceremony. I completed the course and loved every minute of her wedding.... I've loved every wedding since!

I couldn't shake one of my social media clients though, The Old Laundry Bar & Kitchen in North Perth. I started working for them doing just social media in 2015 and ended up running the social media and website as well as functions and events. 

In 2020 we launched The Old Laundry Catering which has been growing rapidly and has been loads of fun.

 

As of 2023 I have another project launching soon (hopefully this summer) which I am very excited to announce very soon!
